How we collect and use information

Shed Design Labs collects information you provide directly, including your name, email, phone number, company details, and any project information submitted through forms, email, or calls.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver services, communicate project updates, send operational notifications, and improve our services.

SMS messaging privacy

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Shed Design Labs, we may send appointment reminders, project updates, and relevant service communications.

• SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency may vary based on your project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• You can request assistance by replying HELP.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business (for example, hosting, analytics, email, form processing, and messaging platforms) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You may request updates or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when provided.

Product-specific policies

Cloud Llama has a separate policy describing its SoundCloud connection, liked-track metadata, authentication, and extension storage. Read the Cloud Llama Privacy Policy.

1500 app

When you create a 1500 account, we process your account email and a unique user identifier. If you use Friends Recipes, we also process the social profile name and username you choose, recipes you share, and reports you submit or receive about shared content. Shared recipe and profile content is processed to provide the social features, screen content before publication, investigate reports, enforce the 1500 Community Guidelines, and protect users.

1500 uses Supabase for account authentication and cloud database services. It uses Resend to deliver transactional account messages and moderation alerts. These providers process information on our behalf to operate those features.

Your meal history, weight history, plans, and saved recipes are primarily stored locally on your device unless a feature explicitly tells you that it uploads or shares data. For example, a recipe is uploaded when you intentionally publish it to Friends Recipes.

You can delete your 1500 account in the app under Me → Settings → Delete Account. For account deletion help, access requests, corrections, or other privacy questions, email nick@shedlab.studio. See 1500 Support for additional help.
