All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written proposals or agreements. Those agreements control where terms differ.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all website content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Shed Design Labs and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

Payments and cancellations

Fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are defined in individual client agreements. Late payments may delay work delivery.

SMS terms of service

By opting in to SMS communications from Shed Design Labs, you agree to receive project and account-related text messages.

1500 and Friends Recipes

1500 lets eligible account holders publish recipes and profile text for other users to view. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permission needed to share it. Shared recipes, usernames, display names, ingredients, instructions, notes, and related activity must follow the 1500 Community Guidelines.

Public recipe and profile text may be screened before publication and may be rejected automatically. Users can report recipes and block accounts. Reported content may be hidden while it is reviewed. Shed Design Labs may review, restrict, hide, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or operate the service.

Repeated or severe violations may result in sharing restrictions, account suspension, or account deletion. Blocking removes the blocked account’s recipes from the blocking user’s experience and ends follow relationships between the accounts. See 1500 Support to report content, provide context, or appeal a moderation decision.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shed Design Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services.
